Shirley Reynolds
Shirley's background is mainly in clinical training and research. She qualified as a clinical psychologist is 1987. From 2012 to 2019 she was Director of the Charlie Waller Institute at Reading University, Before that Shirley was Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology at Norwich Medical School and worked as a clinical researcher for the Medical Research Council at the University of Sheffield. Shirley was President of the of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy (BABCP) from 2010 to 2012 and continues to work closely with BABCP as part of the scientific committee. Shirley is an honorary fellow of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She is also currently working for BABCP as their Senior Clinical Advisor.

Rod Holland
Rod is a clinical psychologist and previously managed psychological therapy services in a large London NHS Trust. He has been involved in the CBT world through his career. This includes being President of the European Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy (EABCT) from 2010 to 2016. He is currently a Board member of the World Confederation of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies. Rod has a long association with the organisation of CBT conferences in the UK, Europe and a number of World Congresses. He has also contributed to the development of training standards and accreditation for CBT in the UK and Europe.
In recognition of his international contribution to CBT Rod was presented with the award of "Distinguished Friend" by the American Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT) in 2019 and is an Honorary Fellow of the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP)
